Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian aid organization that provides assistance in more than 70 countries to populations in distress. As Campaigns Manager (f/x/m) based in Brussels, you will coordinate and deliver impactful public-facing campaigns in support of MSF's migration advocacy objectives. Migration is one of the defining humanitarian issues of the past decade in Europe; MSF teams witness the medical and human consequences of migration policies daily. CONTEXT: In many parts of Europe, dominant narratives around migration are framed in terms of security, deterrence and border control rather than humanitarian needs, with real consequences for humanitarian medical intervention. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign planning -- define a coherent campaign plan with clear deliverables, milestones and impact measures in coordination with the Communications Advisor for European Migration; coordinate with MSF operational centres and partner sections; provide quarterly progress updates. Campaign delivery -- coordinate design and production of audiovisual campaign assets; deliver targeted digital campaigns; plan and deliver public events; build relationships with key media (op eds, interviews); identify partnerships with opinion leaders and influencers; engage advocacy stakeholders such as MEPs. Campaign MEAL -- create a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework and reporting system. REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or related; minimum 5 years' experience in public-facing campaigns or communications, ideally in humanitarian contexts; experience shifting public narratives, campaigning on migration mandatory. Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills. Languages: proficiency in English mandatory, French a strong asset. CONDITIONS: Fixed-term full-time contract, 6 months renewable up to 1 year; Brussels; salary per MSF salary grid. Candidates must already have the permanent right as EU national and/or valid work permit for Belgium.
