Mobile Clinic: Jablah- Qardaha - Ramel Janoubi, Bassah

Reports to: Facility Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Receptionist / registration staff supports the workflow of the Primary Health Care (PHC) Center or Mobile Medical Teams (MMTs) by welcoming patients and visitors and efficiently managing patient registration and appointment scheduling. The Receptionist is responsible for entering and updating patient records, directing patients to the appropriate departments, and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

The role also requires maintaining the confidentiality of medical information and coordinating with the medical and administrative teams to ensure the delivery of organized, efficient healthcare services and to enhance the overall patient experience within the health facility or mobile clinic

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receiving all patients, registering their resume, opening their own files, and referring them to the appropriate clinics.
• Follow up on patients’ files, collect them and save them.
• Receiving all visitors and answering their questions or referring them to the appropriate medical staff.
• Organizing patients’ appointments and ensuring calm in the waiting room.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:
• High school diploma is the minimum educational requirement. A university degree or institute diploma is preferred.
• Very good experience in dealing with computer programs, especially office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle work pressure.
