Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian aid organization providing assistance in more than 70 countries to populations in distress. The Log Basics Monitoring & Knowledge System Lead role (f-x-m), based in Brussels OR Paris, supports an intersectional MSF project focused on defining the minimum technical requirements needed to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of operations from a logistics perspective (the 'Log Basics'). This role is part of the Intersectional Log Basics 2.0 Transformational Investment Capacity (TIC) project and reports to the Log Basics 2.0 Project Manager. Responsibilities include: defining the scope of the Log Basics digital system with focus on accessibility and usability; reviewing existing monitoring tools across Operational Directorates to identify gaps and overlaps; mapping stakeholders; defining key indicators and data flows; developing an intersectional digital monitoring tool including a proof of concept; coordinating with ICT teams and external suppliers; supporting the transition from static documentation to dynamic, structured content; and supporting user adoption through dissemination, training, and change management. Requirements: University degree in project management M&E, data analytics, Information Systems or related field; minimum 5 years of project management experience, including 2 years in M&E systems; proven ability to work in complex multi-stakeholder environments; MSF or similar humanitarian experience an asset. Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI an asset. Proficient English mandatory, French an asset. Fixed-term contract, 80% to full-time, 1 year with possibility of extension. Occasional travel between Brussels and Paris offices.
