Work schedule: 2-10 PM or 3-11 PM Manila Time, overlapping to UK hours and adjusting to daylight savings

Pay range: Php 37,000 to Php 50,000

We are looking for a Change Management Analyst to join our ITSM team. This role will be an opportunity for you to ensure IT changes are reviewed, approved, and delivered to production efficiently, with high quality and minimal risk, while advancing process maturity.

What will you do as a Change Management Analyst?

Reporting to the ITIL Process Manager (Change Management), your accountabilities will include:
• Ensure all IT changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented in line with Cambridge University Press & Assessment policies and standards
• Work with the Change Manager to apply standardized methods and procedures to minimize service disruption and ensure service quality
• Coordinate with Technology Support and Development teams to manage change reviews, approvals, and implementations
• Support and manage Change Advisory Boards (CABs), ensuring changes are well documented and compliant with policies
• Produce communications, advisories, and reports, and conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned for continuous improvement

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
• Demonstrates proficiency in ITSM Change Management processes with at least two years of relevant experience
• Exhibits strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles and their practical application, ideally supported by a certification
• Demonstrates capability in process documentation, workflow mapping, and reporting
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders across all organisational levels with strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and collaboration skills
• Displays experience in dashboard reporting and data visualization
• Shows ability to work with Agile, Waterfall, or other process methodologies
