About This Role
Responsible for the design and implementation of the strategic marketing plan to achieve the financial sustainability of the organization, through obtaining local funds. The main objective is to increase local fundraising through relationships with donors for the development of a robust portfolio that includes: individual donors, major donors, corporate alliances, calls from foundations and multilateral agencies, special events.

Required Experience and Education
* At least 6 years of proven work experience in the development of fundraising and social responsibility initiatives.
* Proven experience in Digital Marketing Strategies
* Demonstrated experience in fundraising management, cultivation, development and monitoring strategies.
* Financial knowledge and participation in budgets.
* Experience in fundraising for a Child Development context or other similar field, preferably in an international organization or INGO.
* Experience in high-level negotiations and building long-term win/win strategic relationships.
* Availability to travel when required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar. Specialty and/or Master's degree desirable.
Education in Digital Marketing.
100% spoken and written English.

Primary Responsibilities
* Develop the portfolio of proposals for special projects and procurement products (including individual sponsorship and/or recurring contributions for a cause and others).
* Develop and implement procurement initiatives that include: identification, cultivation, attraction and retention of current and potential donors.
* Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including email marketing, and social media.
* Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
* Work with and manage with Comms area to maintain CFM digital presence.
* Participate and monitor digital marketing campaign budgets.
* Identify fundraising opportunities and share them with the relevant areas in a timely manner.
* Responsible from the planning phase as well as production, including mentoring service providers in campaign creation and materials development, managing necessary systems (payment gateways, marketing automation platforms, etc.) and the search/purchase of spaces in the media.
* Ensure brand management to attract and retain individual donors, major donors and corporate donors.
* Secure the sponsorship required to carry out special fundraising events.
* Provide regular reports for decision making that include: income from individual donors, corporate donors, ROI by initiative / channel.
* Manage information related to donors including proposals presented, project execution phases, results reports and constant updating in the Salesforce portal (Donor Relationship Management).
* Ensure compliance with annual fundraising planning metrics and objectives.
