SNV Proximate is SNV's newly established impact capital accelerator, developing commercially viable solutions that generate both business value and development impact by combining expertise in impact-driven finance and inclusive commercial value chains. The Senior Manager for Impact and Intelligence is the intellectual engine of the unit, with two connected responsibilities: delivering client-facing impact measurement as a billable service, and synthesising knowledge across the portfolio to build an evidence base that sharpens the offer and strengthens market position.

Key responsibilities:
- Client-facing impact measurement: design and deliver impact measurement frameworks for impact investors, blended finance facilities, agribusinesses and government counterparts; develop results chains, theories of change and indicator sets; conduct primary and secondary data collection, analysis and reporting to investor-grade standards; convert standalone measurement mandates such as fund impact reporting, programme evaluations, and baseline and endline studies; advise clients on frameworks such as IRIS+, IMP and GIIRS.
- Cross-portfolio intelligence: synthesise evidence across all Accelerator engagements; build and maintain a knowledge base of reusable assets; identify portfolio patterns that strengthen the offer; produce quarterly intelligence briefs; own the donor and tender intelligence function with a weekly digest feeding the pipeline.
- Sales enablement and competitive intelligence: build sales collateral including sector evidence packs and case studies; conduct competitive landscape analysis; track market trends in impact finance and value chain development; support proposal development with data, evidence and impact methodology.

Requirements: at least 8 years of experience in impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation or related analytical roles, with a significant portion in a commercial or advisory context; demonstrated experience delivering impact measurement as a client-facing service; familiarity with the impact investing and development finance landscape; experience synthesising evidence across programmes or geographies; a track record of high-quality analytical outputs under time pressure; and experience building knowledge systems. Fluency in IRIS+, IMP, DCED and GIIRS, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and comfort with AI-assisted knowledge tools are valued. English required; French or Portuguese an advantage.

Location is flexible: candidates based within the time zones spanning Ghana to Singapore, near a well-connected international airport. International travel is required. Reporting line: Director. Expected start date: November/December 2026.
