Freedom from Torture is dedicated to healing and protecting people who have survived torture. It provides therapies to improve physical and mental health, medically documents torture, and offers legal and welfare help. It also campaigns for national and global change to protect survivors' rights and hold torturing states to account.

The Clinical and Office Administrator provides administrative support to the Scotland Clinical Service. The role assists the assessment and treatment process from the referral point to the completion of treatment. You will develop and maintain effective administrative systems to support the successful running of the service. You will process and respond to referrals, and liaise with external agencies and survivors referred to the service. The role involves client contact through answering the phone and welcoming clients into the centre at reception. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of rehabilitation services to survivors of torture.

About you: You have experience maintaining high-quality administrative systems to ensure the smooth running of services. You are committed to the rights of asylum seekers, refugees and survivors of torture, and are passionate about working for an organisation that puts human rights at the forefront.
