Location: Mykolaiv, Ukraine
General responsibilities include processing receipts and issuances of products, inspecting quality, quantity and compliance of received goods, assisting in establishing supplier contracts and maintaining supplier relationships, preparing and maintaining warehouse and stock reports, observing stock quantities and establishing minimum stock levels, regularly inspecting stock and assets, maintaining asset and inventory warranties, managing stock control and store keeping, keeping asset inventory updated, assisting in market surveys, ensuring capital equipment is insured per NPA and donor regulations, ensuring asset and stock movement is documented, and ensuring office supplies are procured and stored appropriately. Specific duties include implementing recording and reporting systems for inventory and assets, evaluating supplier performance, assisting with customs clearing, keeping up-to-date inventories of stock and field teams including in ERP (Agresso), maintaining asset history files including servicing and repairs, and evaluating local suppliers for best value. Qualifications: university degree/diploma in a relevant field, good knowledge of English and Ukrainian, good computer skills, one or more years of experience in the humanitarian sector, two or more years in relevant logistics, previous work experience in insecure environments, experience with procurement/warehousing/fleet management software desirable, and experience in importation and customs procedures preferred. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be systematic and organised, able to meet deadlines under pressure, and be in excellent health.
