Location: Iringa, Tanzania
The Regional HIV/TB Clinical Coordinator provides technical leadership and coordination for the implementation, quality improvement, and scale-up of comprehensive HIV and TB services under the EpiC & AFGHS-FHI360 projects in Tanzania. The position provides strategic and technical guidance to strengthen the quality, coverage, integration, and effectiveness of HIV/TB services across supported Police and Prisons (PnP) and public health facilities in the assigned region. The incumbent provides clinical mentorship and capacity strengthening, supports resolution of clinical and programmatic challenges, and promotes evidence- and data-driven improvements in service delivery and patient outcomes across the HIV/TB continuum of care, including integrated HIV, TB and NCD services. Responsibilities include overseeing technical implementation and quality of HTS & Prevention, Care and Treatment, AHD, PMTCT/EID, TB services, NCD integration, and cervical cancer screening; supervising regional technical activities; monitoring program performance against targets; providing clinical mentorship, CME, and supportive supervision to health facilities; coordinating TB-HIV integration activities; and collaborating with district M&E teams. Requirements: Degree in Medicine or related field with relevant national registration; Master's in Public Health an advantage; minimum 8 years professional experience in HIV/TB clinical services, preferably within public health or donor-funded programs; proven experience in program implementation, clinical mentorship, and quality improvement; fluency in English and Kiswahili.
