Kairos is a nonprofit accelerating talent into AI safety and policy, having trained over 1,200 people through flagship programs including SPAR, Generator Residency, Global Challenges Project, and Pathfinder Fellowship. The organisation is seeking its first dedicated Recruiter to run hiring end to end as it expects to double in size over the next six months. The role involves managing the full hiring pipeline (application review, work tests, interviews, reference checks, work trials, offers), sourcing candidates through the organisation's network and the wider ecosystem, building and improving hiring infrastructure and processes, helping scope new roles and org design questions, and supporting hiring for an upcoming incubator, Kairos Labs. Candidates should have experience running recruiting processes, strong judgment about people, good interpersonal skills, strong organisational ability to manage 5-10 concurrent hiring rounds, and context on the AI safety ecosystem.
