WeWorld is an independent Italian organisation that has worked for over 50 years in Italy and worldwide to promote and defend the rights of children, women and vulnerable communities, through international cooperation, education and emergency response programmes. Face to face fundraising is essential to the continuity and sustainability of its projects. To strengthen its fundraising network in Lombardy, WeWorld is looking for a Team Leader Face to Face Fundraising for the Brescia area.
The Team Leader will coordinate a team of fundraisers who raise awareness and acquire new regular supporters in shopping centres, at events, in public areas and other gathering places. They will be the team's operational point of reference, helping to reach fundraising targets, develop team members professionally and maintain high quality standards in field activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate, motivate and monitor the assigned team
- Take an active part in acquiring new regular donors
- Support and onboard new team members
- Ensure individual and team targets are met
- Organise operational and logistical activities for the assigned area
- Work with the Regional Coordinator on managing the territory
- Monitor performance and prepare periodic reports
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in face to face fundraising, direct sales or target-driven commercial activity
- Experience coordinating or managing people is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory
