A closer look at the Recruitment and Skills Development Department
The Recruitment and Mobility (R&M) branch, integrated within the Human Resources Department and the Recruitment and Skills Development Service, created in 2024 within Première Urgence Internationale, helps structure and support career paths and the organization's recruitment needs. It comprises five Recruitment and Mobility Officers who are responsible for implementing recruitment, internal mobility, and career development processes.
And what about the Deputy Head of Recruitment and Mobility in all of this?
As Deputy Manager - Recruitment and Mobility, under the supervision of the Recruitment & Skills Development Manager, you will be the manager of the Recruitment & Mobility team.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows:
• Management: You will be responsible for the recruitment, support and monitoring of the Recruitment & Mobility team (5 people), you will contribute to action plans in line with the multi-year strategy and manage their deployment.
• Recruitment and mobility: you will manage the activity of the Recruitment & Mobility team, organized by business sector.
• Capacity building: you will be in charge of skills development in terms of recruitment for all HR and non-HR actors, you will participate in the definition of training courses by professional sector, in coordination with the Training and Skills Development team.
• External relations and HR communication: you will participate in the development of the Association's Employer Brand, you will manage relations with schools and work in conjunction with the communication team.
• Development of procedures and tools: in terms of recruitment, integration, talent pool management and mobility, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative HR policies to improve our internal practices.

This position plays a central role in the performance and development of the association's international recruitment. It involves supporting and developing the Recruitment Officer while ensuring the quality and efficiency of the processes. The role must also anticipate talent needs, particularly for strategic profiles and during peak periods. It contributes to evolving recruitment practices, tools, and policies to meet future challenges. Finally, it participates in strengthening the Employer Brand and PUI's attractiveness by developing networks and partnerships. This is a managerial, strategic, and operational role, at the heart of the association's HR challenges.
What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can provide proof of a higher degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Human Resources.
Experience :
You have at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Mobility, within an international NGO (field and/or headquarters), as well as in management. This is essential for this position!
SKILLS :
Do you have strong knowledge in recruitment and mobility management? This position is for you!
Required qualities :
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and good negotiation abilities. You are proactive, rigorous, organized, empathetic, and curious. You enjoy teamwork and have good stress management skills.
LANGUAGES :
Do you speak fluent French and English? Great, that's essential for this position! Proficiency in Spanish would also be appreciated.

PUI will offer you
Statut: Executive
Salary: 3500 euros
Medical coverage: 100 % of the Health and Welfare insurance

Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT day per month (37 hours/week)
