The Partnership Manager (PsM) leads and strengthens engagement with civil society and other key stakeholders within the Development and Humanitarian Cooperation Locally Led Programme, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The role ensures partnerships are built, managed, and sustained to enhance programme quality, accountability, and long-term impact, focusing on developing and implementing partnerships, cultivating relationships with new and existing partners, and promoting locally led approaches to sustainable development and humanitarian response.
Responsibilities include supporting the Programme Manager in strategic planning, monitoring and adaptation of the programme; coordinating with community-based organisations, civil society, local government and donors; ensuring participatory approaches in programme design and implementation; maintaining programme documents including proposals and reports; developing donor knowledge and assisting in resource mobilisation and fundraising; and engaging in advocacy with national authorities and donors.
Required: minimum two years' experience at senior level in development/humanitarian programmes, preferably locally led or partnership-based; Master's degree in a relevant field; strong track record in programme strategy and implementation; experience in capacity strengthening of local partners; knowledge of donor requirements (NMFA, CDCS, GFFO, EU, FCDO); English proficiency; strong IT skills.
Desirable: experience in post-crisis recovery or resilience building; understanding of relevant national contexts; prior work with local CSOs.
