The Business Growth & Partnerships Lead - Public Health will lead strategic growth, partnership development, and opportunity shaping for public health, health systems, and development-sector engagements. The role is responsible for identifying and converting high-value opportunities with government agencies, public health institutions, local government units, multilateral organizations, donor-funded programs, technical partners, academic institutions, and professional health networks.
This is not a general sales or business development role. The position requires someone deeply steeped in the Philippine public health sector, with clear and verifiable networks, strong sector fluency, and the credibility to engage senior stakeholders across government, donor, academic, and technical spaces. A medical license is not required for this role, although medical training is welcome. What is required is demonstrated public health credibility, including experience working with or alongside institutions such as DOH, PhilHealth, LGUs, NNC, RITM, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, ADB, USAID, academic or research institutions, public health associations, medical associations, or similar organizations.
The Business Growth & Partnerships Lead - Public Health must be able to open doors, activate relationships, understand public health priorities, translate sector needs into viable opportunities, and help shape proposals that are credible, fundable, and implementation-ready.
