FHI 360 seeks a Digital Health Specialist based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, to support digital health activities under a USG-funded program addressing HIV, Global Health Security, MNCH, malaria, and nutrition. The specialist will provide technical support to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population (MOHSPP), implementing partners, and national health actors to strengthen digital health information systems including DHIS2 and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Responsibilities include supporting development of electronic data collection tools, reporting forms, and digital workflows; strengthening interoperability and data exchange between health information systems; providing training to health facilities and government counterparts; supporting data validation and quality checks; participating in testing and rollout of digital health solutions; preparing user guides, SOPs, reports, and dashboards; and coordinating with government counterparts and technical teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in IT, Health Informatics, Public Health, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, minimum 5 years relevant experience in digital health or health information systems, experience with DHIS2 preferred, and fluency in English, Tajik, and Russian. Involves 15% travel within Tajikistan. Open to Tajik residents.
