Location: Dushanbe, Tajikistan
The HIV Program Associate provides programmatic and administrative support for the implementation of HIV project activities in Tajikistan, including planning, coordination, logistical organization, monitoring, and documentation of project activities such as trainings, meetings, workshops, field visits, and other program events. The position supports monitoring progress toward project objectives, activities, deliverables, and deadlines; collects and organizes information for project reporting; maintains project documentation and files; and follows up with staff, partners, consultants, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for events, communicating with government counterparts, CBOs, consultants and trainers, maintaining trackers of activities and deliverables, supporting monitoring visits, documenting findings, preparing reports and meeting minutes, and supporting travel and procurement administration. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public health, business administration, project management, or related field; at least 3 years of relevant experience supporting project or program implementation, preferably in an NGO or international development setting; fluency in Tajik and English required, Russian an advantage; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel within Tajikistan approximately 10-15% of the time. Position open to Tajik nationals or individuals with legal authority to work in Tajikistan.
