World Vision seeks a Project Coordinator for the FHRAOC project based in Diffa, Niger, on a local fixed-term contract. The role involves planning, coordinating and supervising the implementation of project activities in targeted areas, ensuring interventions align with project objectives and World Vision quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring work plans, budgets and activity schedules; providing technical support to field teams for health activities including mobile clinics, medical stock management and epidemiological surveillance; ensuring quality of Health, Nutrition and WASH services in compliance with national and international protocols; collaborating with the MEAL team on data collection, analysis and reporting; producing periodic narrative and financial reports for donors and partners; documenting best practices, lessons learned and case studies; representing World Vision in Health, Nutrition and WASH coordination meetings (Clusters, OCHA, local health authorities); strengthening partnerships with health, nutrition and WASH authorities, partner NGOs (including within the consortium), and local communities; and supervising field teams while building capacity of staff and local partners.
