FHI 360 seeks an Administrative Officer to support the EpiC (Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control) and STRIDES projects in Ghana, both PEPFAR/USAID-funded global health mechanisms. The role performs daily administrative and operations support duties including procurement (purchase orders, vendor coordination, competitive quotations), office/facilities and fleet management, travel administration (expense authorizations, hotel/flight bookings), and support to program management. Requires a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in office administration, procurement, fleet management or warehousing; knowledge of health/social programs including HIV/AIDS is a plus.
