We are recruiting two Senior Workforce Leads to play a key role in the professional development of the IPS workforce. Through IPS Grow, Social Finance supports the expansion and improvement of Individual Placement and Support services (IPS), an evidence-based approach helping people with mental health conditions, addiction, or economic exclusion find and sustain paid employment. Working remotely as part of the Workforce team and reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the postholder will lead the development and delivery of training, onboarding, accredited learning and professional development programmes for IPS Employment Specialists across England. Responsibilities include leading delivery of the IPS Level 3 qualification, developing accredited and non-accredited learning opportunities, delivering training for new Employment Specialists, mentoring new hires during their first year, identifying training needs, monitoring learner engagement and outcomes, supporting onboarding and quality assurance, building relationships with ICB Leads and Regional NHS Leads, and contributing to workforce and EDI reporting. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of IPS principles, extensive training design and delivery experience, understanding of adult learning principles, strong stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel across England.
