This role combines advisory support with high-level executive coordination to ensure the seamless functioning of the Office of the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO). The incumbent will manage the CPCO's office operations, drive strategic priorities, and enable effective internal and external engagement, serving as both a trusted advisor and executive partner.
Responsibilities include partnering with the CPCO to track and drive progress on strategic initiatives; conducting research and synthesizing information to support decision-making; preparing briefing materials, talking points, and presentations; coordinating across the P&C Leadership Team and other functions; monitoring progress against strategic and operational priorities; coordinating materials for Executive Committee, Board, and other executive-level meetings; managing sensitive and confidential matters; and leading special initiatives sponsored by the CPCO.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; PMI certified; member of a relevant professional body; 10+ years of progressive experience supporting senior executives in a complex, matrixed organization; experience handling sensitive matters and engaging with senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders; advanced use of tools such as Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint; strong communication, judgment, and relationship management skills.
