The Communication Coordination Consultant will coordinate, advise, and support the communication activities of three partner organizations (AFJCI, CRR, IPPFAR) under the Justice for Survivors (J4S) project, funded by Agence Francaise de Développement, which strengthens feminist movements addressing gender-based violence across Cote d'Ivoire, Guinea, Tanzania and Kenya. Time allocation is approximately 2 days per week on average over the 3-year project duration, with flexibility depending on project phases.
Required qualifications: university degree in communications, journalism, media studies, international development or related field; at least 5 years of experience in communication roles, preferably in international development or multi-partner projects; proven experience coordinating communication across multiple organizations or consortia; strong writing and editing skills in French or English; understanding of human rights, gender equality, youth and/or SRHR issues; and experience advising on branding, donor visibility and strategic storytelling.
