NRC is recruiting an ICT Intern in Juba, South Sudan. Key responsibilities: first-line helpdesk technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues for staff; setup, configuration and deployment of new computers, laptops, printers and mobile devices; help maintain the Local Area Network (LAN) and troubleshoot basic connectivity/Wi-Fi problems; perform routine IT equipment checks, apply software updates, assist with data backups and inventory tracking; create and maintain technical documentation, IT asset logs and troubleshooting guides. Requirements: currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS), network protocols and Microsoft 365; strong problem-solving, communication and customer-service skills; eager to learn and able to work in a team.
