IPPF works with varying models of service delivery in approximately 151 countries. Funding from donors for service delivery models is reducing; the Commercial Team helps Member Associations (MAs) that run health care services achieve financial sustainability.

Role Purpose: Partner with 14 focused Member Associations to help them achieve financial sustainability - collecting, validating and analyzing financial and operational data, strengthening operational/financial data systems, establishing commercial KPIs, and delivering dashboards for performance management and decision-making. Also develops practical tools, builds business cases quantifying costs/ROI, and coaches in-country teams.

Deliverables:
- Partner with senior non-financial stakeholders to analyze financials/KPIs.
- Build service-line P&L accounts on a driver-based model; model initiatives to accelerate surplus; set MA-specific targets and run monthly reviews.
- Assess MA capability to produce monthly reports, forecasts and budgets; train and advise.
- Establish and embed commercial KPIs; strengthen operational/financial data systems.
- Collect, standardise and institutionalise operational and financial data across 14 MAs; develop and maintain dashboards; train MA staff.
- Lead price reviews by service and MA, running sensitivities and quantifying P&L/cash-flow impact.
- Build and maintain investment models (ROI/NPV/payback); run monthly performance forums with each MA.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills: Qualified chartered accountant, CIMA, health economist, MBA or data analyst with relevant post-qualification experience; strong senior stakeholder management; strong IT skills including advanced Excel, modelling tools, Power BI, PowerPoint; experience using AI/automation tools for data prep and reporting; strong analytical skills; strong communication; experience with target operating model transformation; knowledge of health financing desirable; French and/or Spanish desirable; willingness to travel internationally ~20% per annum.
