The Rideau Hall Foundation (RHF) is an independent and non-partisan charitable organization established in 2012 to amplify the impact of the office of the Governor General as a central institution of Canadian democracy, and to better serve Canadians through initiatives linked to learning, leadership, giving and innovation.
Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Hybrid
Target compensation range: $130,000 - $152,000
Reporting to the Chief Impact Officer, the Director, Programs and Partnerships is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of national programs, partnerships, and initiatives that advance RHF's mission and strategic priorities. The Director oversees the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of new and existing programs, and cultivates relationships across the public, private, philanthropic, not-for-profit, and education sectors. The successful candidate will lead a team of managers and help shape the future direction of one of Canada's most respected national charitable organizations.
Ideal candidate: fluently bilingual (English/French), versatile, collaborative leader experienced in managing multi-stakeholder programs, comfortable shaping strategy, strengthening operations, building partnerships, and leading teams.
