Tearfund is looking for a Global Projects Advisor to join its People & Culture (PAC) team, working alongside the PAC Director and Senior Management Team to provide strategic and operational support. The role suits a collaborative project leader who thrives on turning strategy into action, using data to solve problems, and helping teams navigate positive change.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading exciting global projects: taking the reins on key People & Culture initiatives and keeping track of team goals.
- Guiding teams through change: acting as the expert for change management, championing new HR technologies and helping staff transition smoothly through new ways of working.
- Turning data into insights: designing, delivering and overseeing corporate dashboards, workforce analytics and KPIs to help the leadership team make smart, data-informed decisions.
- Building connections: representing PAC in global, cross-directorate project groups and building strong relationships with other organisations, forums and consortiums.

What we are looking for:
- Proven project experience: successfully managed complex People project lifecycles in a global setting (whether in the INGO or commercial sector).
- Strategic and analytical mindset: extensive experience with workforce analytics and planning for organisational growth.
- Change management: experience leading organisations through transformational change, rapid growth or restructuring.
- A great communicator and facilitator: builds trust easily, brings people together across different cultures, and communicates with clarity and warmth.

Role location: This role can be based in any country where Tearfund is registered and legally allowed to employ staff. Hybrid working is available for UK candidates, with a requirement to work from the Tearfund Teddington office and from home by agreement with the line manager. Contract: permanent, part time, working 28 hours per week; salary will be market related and based on location. All applicants must be committed to Tearfund's Christian beliefs.
