Location: Cambridge, UK (hybrid working, minimum two days per week in Cambridge). Full-time: 35 hours per week. Contract: Open-ended. Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on skills/experience, plus competitive 12% pension benefit. Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata in year 1, increasing by 1 day p/a to 28 days.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help coordinate our recruitment activity across our global teams. You will work closely with our HR team to make sure our hiring process is efficient and compliant. You'll be the go-to person for advice on recruitment policies and best practice, supporting both managers and staff. From posting job ads to supporting onboarding, you'll take care of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities: Running the full recruitment process for all hiring campaigns using our Applicant Tracking System (TeamTailor); organising and coordinating interviews for all roles, working closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers; leading interviews for junior and mid-level roles and stepping in for senior-level roles when needed; handling queries about our Employer of Record platform (Deel) with input from the HR Manager; keeping recruitment training guides, policies and resources up to date; delivering recruitment training to colleagues across the organisation; maintaining recruitment data and providing reports; spotting trends and suggesting improvements to our global recruitment process based on data and metrics; supporting internal moves and transfers with the Operational HR team; contributing to HR projects linked to our People Action Plan; and helping with general HR support during busy periods.

Requirements: Strong written and spoken communication skills; CIPD Level 3–5, relevant degree or equivalent experience; solid HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or international setting; essential experience in recruitment and interviewing; good understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practice with some knowledge of UK employment law; organised, uses initiative and solves problems before they escalate; able to stay calm under pressure and manage sensitive information carefully; approachable, diplomatic relationship-builder; numerate with excellent attention to detail; confident using HR systems and proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English (other languages a bonus).
