Tearfund is seeking an experienced and passionate Logistics Business Partner to join its committed team in the Eurasia & North Africa (ENA) region. This pivotal role supports and enhances operational quality, supply chain, and logistics impact across ENA programmes, working in close engagement with Tearfund's Global Logistics team. The Logistics Business Partner oversees logistics and procurement support across ENA country programmes and is responsible for ensuring operational standards are met, providing high-level technical advice, and supporting regional teams with procurement services. The position collaborates with the Global Logistics team and other regional Logistics Business Partners to share best practices, develop shared resources, and continually enhance logistics operations. The role actively engages with internal and external stakeholders, delivering training, mentoring, and short-term operational support as needed, and plays a key role in ensuring adherence to policies and finding creative solutions to complex logistical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a University Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related humanitarian field; significant hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain management, and procurement within humanitarian and development contexts; demonstrated experience providing strategic logistics advisory support across multiple country programmes; experience developing and adapting logistics policies in complex environments; understanding of international supply chain, compliance, and donor logistics requirements; and proven ability in capacity development, training, and mentoring. Strong communication skills in English are required, with a working knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages highly desirable. This role will be based in any Tearfund operational country within the ENA region; applicants must possess the right to live and work in their country of location.
