DW Akademie is looking for a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) officer, who will be the principal M&E- and learning specialist for the Ghana component of the EU funded project "African media integrity and resilience programme: Ethiopia, Ghana, Central African Republic (AMIRP)." Working closely with DW Akademie's Ghana project team as well as with IMS' Learning Component Lead and DW Akademie's M&E- and Learning Component Manager, the officer will design, implement and manage all data-collection, monitoring and evaluation activities for the Ghana component, ensuring high-quality evidence that informs project decisions and EU reporting. A robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system is essential to track progress, generate evidence for learning and fulfil EU reporting requirements. About the program: The EU funded AMIRP program aims to strengthen independent, resilient media ecosystems in Ethiopia, Ghana and the Central African Republic. With International Media Support (IMS) as the coordinator, a consortium consisting of five partners/co-beneficiaries is implementing AMIRP. The program is implemented over a 30-month period, from January 2026 to June 2028. The overall objective of the AMIRP program is to contribute to independent and sustainable media ecosystems that become more resilient and can counter mis- and disinformation in the three countries.
