PROJECT MANAGER:

- Location: Mangulile, Department of Olancho, with availability to move to the areas of intervention of the Project.
- Contract Modality: Defined contract.
- Residence: It is an essential requirement to reside in the municipality of Mangulile, Olancho and to have immediate availability to move to the Municipality.
- Compensation: The salary will be expressed and paid in national currency, Honduran lempiras (HNL).

RESIDENCE IN EN MANGULILE, OLANCHO, MANDATORY. The costs of transfer and relocation are borne by the selected person.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Graduate, in the areas of administrative, financial, accounting, economics, international trade and business; with a bachelor's degree in any thematic area related to the project's investments.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in administration, project accounting and procurement, preferably in operations with financing from external cooperation agencies or multilateral organizations or public funds.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating in a timely and efficient manner the organization and implementation of the administrative activities of the project, providing support in the monitoring and fulfillment of the work plans and programmed activities. Likewise, it will guarantee adequate financial, administrative, and accounting management, in strict compliance with the provisions of the project document, the agreement signed with the donor, and the applicable institutional policies, rules, and procedures.
Main responsibilities:
- University Professional Manage the administrative, financial and accounting processes of the project.
- Monitor budget execution and the efficient use of resources.
- Manage accounting records, documentation, and financial controls.
- Coordinate the procurement, payment and contracting processes of the project.
- Coordinate the administrative logistics of meetings, events and project activities.
- Prepare administrative, financial and accounting reports in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative and financial support to the team for the fulfillment of the project objectives.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Academic Background:
- University degree, in the areas of administrative, financial, accounting, economics, international trade and business; with a bachelor's degree in any thematic area related to the project's investments.
- Complementary training in any thematic area related to the project's investments is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in administration, project accounting and procurement, preferably in operations with financing from external cooperation organizations or multilateral organizations or public funds.
- Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets, operational plans and financial reports.
- Knowledge of accounting processes, budget control and procurement
- Experience in the use of ERP systems (SAP, Agresso or similar).
Essential requirements:
- Valid driver's license with verifiable experience in traveling on rural roads.
- Availability to carry out field work and travel frequently to villages and hamlets of the municipality.
- Handling Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
