Youth Impact is an evidence-based international NGO working in education and health for young people around the world, partnering with governments to scale high-impact programs through public systems. The People & Talent team is responsible for creating an outstanding employee experience that enables people to thrive and deliver impact. This is not a traditional HR role; instead they seek someone who enjoys working with people, is exceptionally organised, proactive and dependable, and takes pride in making sure things run smoothly. Key responsibilities: manage and maintain accurate employee lifecycle records, including contract tracking, probation monitoring and compliance; coordinate work permit and immigration administration with external consultants; oversee leave administration; serve as liaison for time management queries; coordinate employee health insurance administration; maintain People & Talent records for office and field teams; administer the professional development stipend; facilitate office team pre-onboarding activities; coordinate volunteer administration including background checks; manage recruitment workflows and candidate tracking; and contribute to process improvement projects. Required: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3-5 years post-qualification experience; excellent organisational and time management skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy. Location: Remote from South Africa, Philippines or India. Contract type: 1-2 years fixed-term. Language: English; right to work in country of residence required.
