One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive across nine countries. The Nigeria program, established in 2018, is headquartered in Minna, Niger State, serving over 100,000 unique farmers via Core, Retail, and Agroforestry programs.

This internship is part of One Acre Fund's Young Professionals Program, offering high-performing African graduates meaningful paid internships and training opportunities at a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Execute recurring administrative tasks to keep recruitment operations running smoothly, ensuring 100% data accuracy in all trackers and documentation.
- Candidate Experience: Facilitate the candidate screening process, including CV longlisting and interview scheduling, and provide professional, timely communication.
- ATS Management: Maintain the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring all applicant statuses are up to date and helping extract basic data for weekly reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment flow and support the rollout of new tools or process updates.
- Logistics/Coordination: Manage the logistics for interview panels, ensuring all interviewers have the necessary materials and candidates are well-briefed.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide operational support to the team as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English required.
