Precision Development (PxD) is looking for a Senior HR Manager (also known as Senior HR Business Partner) to manage employee relations, people development, and safeguarding across a globally dispersed workforce of approximately 100 people.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Manage ER casework end-to-end from day-to-day people issues to formal processes; provide guidance to line managers; handle sensitive cases with discretion; identify recurring themes to inform organisation-wide improvements.

Coaching, Mentoring & People Development: Serve as a coaching resource for line managers; provide mentoring to staff across levels especially in remote contexts; design or commission manager development programmes; identify talent and development needs.

Safeguarding: Own PxD's safeguarding agenda; maintain and develop safeguarding policy, procedures, and escalation pathways; serve as Designated Safeguarding Lead managing cases through triage, investigation, and referral; deliver safeguarding training; embed safeguarding into programme delivery; lead PxD's PSEAH agenda.

Organisational Development & HR Leadership: Partner with the COO on organisational change, workforce planning, and role design; translate strategic direction into HR priorities; provide HR guidance across PxD's operating countries navigating differences in local employment law.

Requirements:
- 10+ years in a senior HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, including within an international NGO or development sector
- Proven track record managing ER casework end-to-end
- Experience as Designated Safeguarding Lead including case management, training delivery, and policy development
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills across dispersed, multicultural, remote workforce
- Working knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on organisational change and people strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location: Preference for candidates based in India or Kenya; other locations considered for strong matches. Relocation support/visa sponsorship to Kenya may be available.
