As a Business Studies Mentor, you will support teachers to deliver high-quality entrepreneurship education that equips students with practical, job-creation skills. You will coach teachers, monitor program implementation, facilitate training, and build strong partnerships with schools and district education stakeholders. Through regular school visits, data-driven support, and effective coordination, you will help ensure successful program delivery and improved student outcomes. Educate! is looking for 95 Business Studies Mentors across Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Geita, Tabora, Simiyu, and Kagera. Key responsibilities: Teacher Support — conduct classroom and project observations and coach teachers through the MEWAKA for Secondary structure, strengthen project-based learning and assessment; Program Monitoring & Reporting — collect and report data on teacher training, program progress, and school/teacher performance, conduct physical and virtual end-of-term monitoring visits; Relationship Management — build and maintain strong relationships with schools and the district, align with Head Teachers and Academic Masters on implementation; Teacher Training & Facilitation — facilitate experiential teacher training sessions including district training and Single Lesson Practices; Program Management & Logistics — coordinate teacher training events, school exhibitions, and district competitions. Requirements: Tanzanian citizen, 18+; resident of or willing to be based in the listed regions; recent graduate or holder of a Bachelor's Degree (Education, Business Education or related field preferred); holder of original academic and professional certificates with two referees; passion for mentoring, coaching, and youth social entrepreneurship; good moral conduct; fluent in Swahili and English; comfortable using digital tools. Educate! never charges any fee at any stage of recruitment.
