IGLYO is looking for a full-time Finance & Operations Manager to join its team in Brussels, Belgium. The role suits a self-motivated finance expert with solid budget and grant management skills and a mind for financial operations and administration, passionate about supporting meaningful change for LGBTQI youth in Europe. The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of IGLYO's finances, budget, and large-scale institutional grants, as well as accurate and timely financial reporting to IGLYO's multiple funders. The role further oversees administrative processes and operations to ensure the organisation meets the highest standards of accountancy, compliance, employment, and governance. As a member of the Management Team, the postholder contributes to organisational planning, coordination, and decision-making, and works with the Executive Director to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. IGLYO offers a gross salary of €3800-4200 depending on experience, plus a teleworking and internet allowance, lunch vouchers, €500 of yearly personal development budget, a 13th month, and further advantages detailed in the application pack.
