Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian aid organization that provides assistance in more than 70 countries to populations in distress. The MSF Operations Centre in Brussels (OCB) is one of MSF's five operational directorates. PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the new Rewards Review (RR) policies and deliverables, and to map the current implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies across the various OCB projects. The scope includes all employee statuses, both country-based (HQ, delocalized) and mobile staff. It plays a key role in establishing and maintaining a fair and equitable system that balances cost effectiveness, talent attraction and retention, and MSF's associative culture. The C&B Mobile Implementation Officer works on several programs under the supervision of the C&B Referent with a close link to the HR Operations Coordinator, mainly in the projects (70%). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and guide implementation of the new Rewards Review policies and deliverables; map current implementation of C&B policies and identify deviations and bottlenecks; propose policy/process improvements; train HRCOs and HR managers on the Global Rewards framework; coach HR Advisors and HRCOs to implement the HR common framework using a data-driven approach; identify risks and opportunities from RR or other HR changes; consider social, legal, and financial implications; communicate changes effectively. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field; minimum 5 years' experience in a technical/specialist HR function related to Compensation & Benefits; MSF experience is compulsory, MSF HRCo experience a strong asset. Proficiency in English or French (written and spoken) is mandatory; the second language a strong asset; Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese an asset. CONDITIONS: Fixed-term contract, full-time, 12 months; up to 70% mobility in MSF projects; salary according to MSF-OCB mobile staff grid; medical insurance 100% covered per international package; 45 leave days. Candidates must already have a valid work permit with unlimited access to the labor market in Belgium.
