Program priorities include noncommunicable disease prevention, tobacco control, road safety, food policy, overdose prevention, environmental health, and data for health.

About the Role: The Administrative Associate provides comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Global Planning, Operations and Strategic Initiatives and the Global Enterprise Integration (GEI) and International Offices Divisions. The role acts as a critical operational anchor, managing complex schedules, handling international travel logistics, facilitating divisional meetings, and supporting the fiscal and organizational health of the divisions. This is a full-time position based in the New York office, with a hybrid 2-day-per-week schedule and working hours of 8am to 4.30pm. The salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 USD.

Duties include calendar management for the SVP; coordinating domestic and international travel logistics and itineraries; supporting divisional budget management, tracking expenses and processing invoices; knowledge management and document control (maintaining SharePoint repositories); planning and managing divisional meetings; and team support including onboarding logistics, procurement coordination, and ad hoc backup to the Office of the President.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks; strong interpersonal skills; comfort adopting AI and productivity tools; proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience: minimum three years of professional work experience required; at least one year in public health with an international non-profit preferred; experience with senior management and sensitive information; familiarity with platforms such as Monday and Microsoft Teams.
