Consultancy Opportunity: Strategic Support for Advocacy Innovation & Organizational Learning

IPPF is seeking a consultant to support an important process of reflecting on and strengthening its advocacy approach across the Federation at the national, regional, and global levels.

This work will help:

* Strengthen the connections between ground advocacy, movement-building, and multilateral engagement.
* Ensure Member Associations' leadership, priorities, lived experiences, and community realities more meaningfully shape IPPF's global advocacy.
* Contribute to broader thinking on how advocacy is organized, coordinated, and resourced across the Federation.
* Advance more participatory, politically grounded, and movement-oriented approaches to influence in an increasingly complex global landscape.

The consultant will work closely with the S4CV Director and the UN Liaison Office (UNLO), providing research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and synthesis to inform strategic recommendations on the future of advocacy across IPPF.
