Job Purpose:
Sales Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate product information, and offering tailored recommendations. Their goal is to create a positive and memorable shopping experience that aligns with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate at Aarong, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of empowering artisans. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise.
• Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendation as needed.
• Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals.
• Manage back store operations.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the organization’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
