What your day would be like
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a complex transformation program, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical experts, and the broader program leadership.

Your day will be a mix of project coordination, stakeholder engagement, delivery oversight, and proactive problem solving. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of project activities, ensuring that teams remain aligned, milestones are achieved, and risks are addressed before they become issues.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, actions, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
Tracking daily progress against agreed objectives and providing clear, timely status updates to the Program Manager and key stakeholders.
• Coordinating cross-functional activities and helping resolve blockers that impact multiple modules, teams, or business processes.
• Facilitating workshops, meetings, and working sessions, including preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, tracking actions, and driving follow-up activities.
• Supporting requirements gathering, solution discussions, testing preparation, and deployment planning activities.
Monitoring project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation plans are in place.
• Working closely with business and IT teams to ensure alignment between functional, technical, and organizational objectives.
• Supporting governance and program management activities, including steering committee preparation, reporting packs, KPI tracking, and project documentation.
• Coordinating partner, and internal team activities to ensure successful delivery against scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen project controls.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, ownership, and a proactive mindset are essential to delivering successful transformation outcomes.

An engineering background, preferably in Computer Engineering, is highly desirable, while PMP certification or an MBA would be considered a strong advantage.
