Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of GLAD, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services -Individual Consultants for Project Implementation Support Team.

The consulting services of Individual Consultants is to provide advisory and operational support to the PCO and PIUs for effective, efficient, and compliant project implementation. The estimated level of effort and the implementation period of the consultants is mentioned in the table below.
The GLAD, PCO now invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services for the below mentioned positions. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.13, 3.15, and 3.16 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 Revised September 2025", setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the method set out in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations.
