Position Open For: Research Coordinator – Food Systems and Nutrition
Must have:
* Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition, Food Science and Nutrition, Public Health, Nutrition or a closely related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications in interdisciplinary fields linking agriculture, food systems, public health and nutrition will also be considered.
* At least five years of relevant professional experience in nutrition, public health, food science, agricultural research, or interdisciplinary research and development, including at least two years coordinating research projects involving field teams.
* Strong understanding of nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive research, dietary assessment, food systems and community-based interventions.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating community-based research with multidisciplinary teams, including managing work plans, budgets and reporting.
* Experience coordinating field teams and multi-site activities.
* Strong knowledge of research methods, survey design, research ethics, data quality assurance and scientific reporting.
* Experience developing research tools, training materials, technical reports and other knowledge products.
* Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and communicate findings to varied audiences.
* Proficiency in Nepali and the ability to work effectively with local communities and stakeholders.
