The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is growing its relationship with the Gates Foundation, including an investment to "Strengthening IPPF Delivery and Efficiency", a partnership anticipated to run from 1 November 2026 to 14 August 2027.
Part of this investment supports an outcome on better evidence on the costs and drivers of Family Planning (FP) service delivery, through a standardized FP Costing Methodology and Data Pack, comparative cost driver analysis, and an Investment and Learning Brief. It will cover ten participating IPPF Member Associations: Burundi, Chad, Cote D'Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Sudan and South Sudan (country selection may vary).
IPPF is seeking to engage a Lead Technical Consultant to serve as the technical lead for project coordination, quality assurance and strategic oversight of the FP Costing Methodology, Data Pack, Comparative Cost Driver Analysis, and Investment and Learning Brief. The Consultant will work alongside the Data Systems Consultant and Data/Finance Management Consultant engaged under this grant, and with relevant IPPF Secretariat staff, to ensure the coherent, high-quality and timely delivery of all outcome outputs.
