As an Accountant Intern at WWF Belgium, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance department while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices: from reception to handling and encoding, ensuring every detail is captured accurately.
- Encode bank transactions, helping keep the financial systems running smoothly.
- Clear supplier accounts, keeping them up-to-date and precise.
- Assist with VAT declarations, gaining insight into compliance and tax processes.
- Support general ledger entries and balance sheet accounts, contributing to the foundation of financial reporting.
Collaboration: You will work daily with the Finance Director, the Accountant, the Finance & HR Officer and another Accounting Intern, and be in touch with all members of the Panda staff.
This is a good match if:
- You are not a student anymore (requirement).
- You are looking for a short-term first experience.
- You are available for at least 6 months (start October/November 2026).
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a working knowledge of English.
- You have basic knowledge of Excel and a desire to enhance your technical skills.
