DRC, one of the world's leading humanitarian NGOs, is looking for a supply chain professional to drive supply chain localisation at a global level, working with the Humanitarian Leadership Group on Supply Chain (HLGSC). As Global Supply Chain Localisation Advisor, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for the localisation workstream on behalf of DRC, acting as DRC's lead technical representative within HLGSC and working closely with UNICEF and other partners. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain. Duties include: providing technical leadership for the localisation workstream; co-leading development of the Supply Chain Maturity Model and assessment methodology with UNICEF and partners; translating operational experience into practical frameworks and tools; representing DRC in sector-wide discussions; aligning the workstream with DRC's wider localisation and partner supply chain priorities; co-leading technical working group engagements; providing technical guidance and thought leadership; reviewing and synthesising inputs from consultations into strengthened methodologies; and documenting lessons learned for future stewardship of the Maturity Model. Required: 7-10 years of experience in HQ and Country Office supply chain and related support functions; a Supply Chain master's degree or equivalent; demonstrated ability to lead technical content development and influence across organisations without formal line authority; a strong track record representing an organisation in multi-stakeholder technical forums; fluency in English. Desirable: experience working with local partners; experience with maturity/capacity assessments; familiarity with localisation initiatives (e.g. Grand Bargain/IASC); working knowledge of French. Contract length is 12 months, based in Copenhagen, with travel roughly every 3 months. Start date 1st November 2026.
