EGPAF Tanzania seeks a Senior Grants Manager to provide grants and sub-grants management support ensuring compliance with EGPAF, US Government, and Tanzania Government audit, cost, and administrative regulations. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance on grants management to program staff and sub-recipients; overseeing pre-award assessments, negotiation of subagreement terms, and subagreement close-out; monitoring subrecipient performance and compliance; leading risk assessments and audits of sub-grant programs; managing cash requests and budget execution tracking; maintaining the grants information management system (CGIS); providing training to staff and sub-recipients on donor and Foundation regulations; and supporting field offices with capacity building on grants activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Health, International Development or related field (Master's and CPA preferred); minimum 7 years of progressive grants management experience including oversight of large, complex donor-funded awards; demonstrated experience managing USAID, CDC, PEPFAR or other US Government-funded grants; strong knowledge of USG rules, donor compliance, and grant lifecycle management; proven experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, donor reporting, subrecipient management, and award closeout; and strong leadership and communication skills.
