Palladium is a global development and consulting firm, part of the GISI Consulting Group, working in more than 90 countries. It is hiring an HR Transformation and Program Delivery Lead for APAC. The role is full-time and ongoing. It is preferably based in Brisbane, though candidates in Canberra or Melbourne will also be considered.
The lead is accountable for the end-to-end rollout and adoption of regional HR programs, frameworks and standards across Palladium APAC. This is a delivery-led role focused on practical implementation, embedding enterprise initiatives consistently into local operations, and realising measurable outcomes from the HR transformation agenda. It also maintains an enterprise-wide view of workforce capability and risk, and turns that picture into actionable briefs for workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of HR programs, frameworks and standards regionally and corporately.
- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors and capability partners, acting as the primary link between subject matter experts and the business.
- Embed programs into local operations through adoption tracking, capability uplift and post-implementation review.
- Develop and maintain implementation roadmaps, project plans and delivery schedules; monitor milestones and escalate risks.
- Partner with in-country HR teams, business leaders and enabling functions to prepare for and support change.
- Oversee the HR change management process, including communications, training and transition support.
- Monitor adoption indicators and outcomes, and report progress to the HR Governance and Compliance Lead, Head of Program Implementation and/or Executive Sponsor.
- Identify and flag implementation risks, dependencies and blockers, and work to resolve them.
- Maintain an enterprise-wide view of workforce capability and risk across APAC, and translate it into clear briefs for workforce planning work.
Essential experience:
- Leading implementation of HR programs, frameworks or operating model change in a complex, multi-jurisdiction environment.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Change management experience, including communication, training design and adoption monitoring.
- Ability to turn strategic intent into practical delivery and to influence without positional authority.
- Strong relationship-building skills across senior leaders, peers and different cultural settings.
- Commercial and organisational awareness.
Desirable: experience in international development, professional services or government contracting; familiarity with HRIS and workflow automation tools; exposure to shared services or regional HR hub models.
A police check and due diligence checks are required as part of Palladium's child-safe commitment.
