Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) is a dynamic, international non-governmental organisation working with people affected by violent conflicts to enhance their security and dignity through Unarmed Civilian Protection (UCP). NP has worked in Ukraine since 2022 across Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv Oblasts. The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator will oversee M&E processes across NPUA programming, contributing to strategic design supporting relevance, effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible for assessments, knowledge products and evaluations, including data collection protocol, analysis, report writing and dissemination. Leads and manages NPUA's M&E and Assessment team (minimum 2 staff). Key responsibilities span internal M&E (MEAL strategy, tools, data quality assurance, field support, capacity-building), external M&E (consultancy ToRs, outsourcing evaluations), research and data management, programme development (Logical Frameworks, Theories of Change), and team management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Demography, Development Studies, Sociology or related field; at least 5 years relevant M&EAL experience; NGO/research facility experience; proficiency with Kobo, SPSS, STATA, Excel, Access; at least 4 years managing teams; excellent English communication skills; familiarity with humanitarian protection and peacebuilding programming. Field position with challenging living conditions and moderate security risk; frequent travel required.
