The Project Management Officer will provide day-to-day project management and delivery support to the MENTARI Investment Support Strand, a UK-Indonesia low-carbon energy partnership delivered by the Humanis-WRI Indonesia Consortium under WRI's Energy and Sustainable Business Program. The role supports the project team in maintaining delivery discipline across workplans, technical-assistance assignments, procurement documentation, project records, reporting inputs, stakeholder coordination, and programme administration. Responsibilities include maintaining the Investment Support workplan, action tracker, decision register and key deadlines; supporting weekly portfolio reviews; coordinating technical meetings and stakeholder engagement; supporting procurement documentation and consultant/vendor tracking under technical direction; maintaining structured project files, reporting inputs and stakeholder records; and coordinating with Humanis, WRI Project Operations, Finance, Procurement, MREL, GEDSI and Communications teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, finance, public administration, international relations, engineering, environmental studies, or a related field; minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, programme administration, consulting support, procurement administration, or development/energy/sustainability projects; strong organizational, tracking and document management skills; strong Microsoft Office skills; ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English; interest in renewable energy, climate, investment or sustainable development is an advantage; must be legally able to work in Indonesia. This is a hybrid position (8 days/month in office) based in WRI Indonesia's Jakarta office, fixed-term for 6 months with possible extension to 31 March 2028, subject to performance, project needs and budget.
