Under the guidance of the PI and project managers, and backstopping from the Landscape Alliance Q4I team, the Latin America PMEL coordinator will be responsible for project monitoring, evaluation, learning and impact assessment for the IKI projects CAP4BIO and Transformar para Conservar across Brazil, Colombia and Peru, as well as other projects within Landscape Alliance's Latin America portfolio. The role ensures partner data, indicator evidence, safeguards information, gender and inclusion data, learning outputs and impact evidence are collected, quality-assured, synthesized and used for adaptive management and donor reporting. The Coordinator works with country teams to track implementation of the results framework, donor standard indicators, and strategic objectives reporting, engaging in culturally responsive evaluation. Responsibilities include coordinating PMEL systems and indicator management, partner coordination and data quality assurance, IKI reporting and donor compliance support, institutional KPI tracking, qualitative outcome and impact assessment, and adaptive management. Requirements: MSc or MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation, Biodiversity Conservation, Social Sciences, Public Policy, International Development, Environmental Science, or related field; at least seven years of relevant professional experience in applied research and development projects in biodiversity conservation, international development, climate or environment; experience with monitoring, indicators, impact assessment or results-based management; experience working with Indigenous Peoples, Afro-descendent peoples and traditional communities; demonstrated facilitation, coordination and communication skills; experience across multiple partners and countries, preferably in Latin America. This is a Locally Recruited Position with an initial two-year appointment and six-month probationary period, based in Lima, Peru.
