IMPACT Initiatives (Geneva-based humanitarian NGO, REACH/AGORA/PANDA initiatives, partnered with ACTED) seeks a Country Representative to lead its OPT (occupied Palestinian territories) mission, based in Amman with travel. Contract duration 24 months, starting November 2026.
Under the Regional Coordinator in Geneva, the Country Representative represents IMPACT and manages/develops IMPACT's OPT programmes, providing strategic leadership, programme and project management oversight (research, assessments, analysis), fundraising and donor engagement, finance/budget oversight, operations, HR/team leadership, and representation with UN agencies, NGOs, donors and research partners.
Requirements: Master's degree in a relevant discipline (international relations, political science, social research, development studies or similar); previous senior management experience in an INGO at field level; track record managing international/national teams in humanitarian contexts; at least 7 years relevant work experience, prior OPT experience an asset; fluency in English required.
Salary between 4,860-4,920 CHF/month plus 500 USD monthly living allowance, Swiss pension fund, health/life insurance, flights every 6 months, 36 days annual leave.
